Material Customization
Our standard models adopt brass, POM and ABS. For special applications, we supply non-magnetic stainless steel plugs to prevent signal interference in high-magnetic equipment such as MRI scanners.
We also offer high-temperature resistant specialty resins including LCP and PEEK to withstand extreme operating conditions. Custom housing colors (black, white, yellow, green and other Pantone shades) are available on request.
Performance Customization
Our products can achieve IP68 waterproof rating and comply with international certifications including RoHS, CE and UL.
We support strict specifications: lead content below 40ppm, halogen-free formulation, heat resistance ranging from 100°C to 350°C, and high current capacity up to 10A.
The insertion & extraction force can be adjusted between 0.3kg and 3kg according to usage scenarios. The connectors can endure more than 5,000 mating cycles, withstanding salt spray testing for over 48 hours.
Size & Dimension Customization
We develop non-standard length DC plugs including multiple variants of the 47517TV series. We also produce multi-pole audio connectors: 2.5mm / 3.5mm 4-pole & 5-pole versions, as well as 15-pole plugs for game consoles.
